I've lived the wall you're hitting
I'm Reema. I've spent over 15 years inside the pharma industry, advising top pharma companies on strategy and coaching the people rising through them. I've been through the restructures, the politics and the promotion cycles myself.
Earlier in my career I was doing all the "right things": working hard, delivering results, being the team player. I brought in major business. And inside, I felt completely stuck. I wasn't growing, and I didn't know what I really wanted next.
Everything shifted when I worked 1:1 with a coach. Clarity replaced confusion. And I realised I wasn't the only one.
Then I saw the same pattern in my clients
High performers checking every box (training, certifications, output) and still getting overlooked. They didn't need more hustle. They needed clarity on their direction, insight into their blind spots, the presence to be seen as a leader, momentum to take strategic action, and accountability to keep going.
